On Monday, Michael Wilson Hardy took to his Instagram and shared a health update with his fans. He revealed that while he and his team members were on their way to home from Bristol, their bus met with an accident.
In his statement, Hardy wrote, “Our friend and bus driver needs your prayers as he is still in the hospital. His family is with him while he is being treated and we’re all pulling and praying for him.”
As per a report by the Tennessean, Hardy was on the road after wrapping up two shows in Bristol, Tennessee and that’s exactly when the tour bus overturned on a portion of Interstate 40 West near Nashville.
Hardy has been released from the hospital
Yes, you read that right. The Wait in the Truck singer also disclosed that he has been released from the hospital “but ordered by the doctors to recover for the next few weeks.”
Hardy also went on to say that the recovery time “may cost us at a couple of shows,” but he told his fans that he and his team will be providing more details to them about the tour in the coming days.
