What Happened in Episode 6: Recap
Tokyo Revengers Season 2 Episode 6 is titled “Whip Up Morale.” The episode begins with Chifuyu recalling an incident during the 1st Division meeting. Baji was always there for Chifuyu and promised to stay by his side. Chifuyu gives Baji’s sash to Takemitchi, and both join Hanma and Kisaki to stop Hakkai from killing Taiju Shiba.
Elsewhere, Yuzuha is at her home and gets a call from someone. Meanwhile, at the church, Takemitchi finds Hakkai inside, waiting for Taiju. Kisaki, Hanma, and Chifuyu wait outside to stop Taiju from entering the church. Takemitchi tries to stop Hakkai, but he has decided and doesn’t want to back down from his resolve to kill his brother. However, Taiju enters the church, which leaves Takemitchi and Hakkai shocked.
On the other hand, Hanma and Kisaki attack Chifuyu and tie him down. Kisaki had no intention of stopping Hakkai. Therefore, Chifuyu and Takemitchi are betrayed by Kisaki. Hakkai attacks Taiju but fails to do anything. Taiju beats up Takemitchi. However, Yuzuha stabs Taiju from behind. This makes Taiju very angry, and he decides to kill Yuzuha for attacking him.
Finally, Takemitchi realizes that it was Kisaki’s plan all along. He called Yuzuha, and she murdered Taiju, not Hakkai. Furthermore, Hakkai takes the blame for his sister. Kisaki used Hakkai and Yuzuha as pawns.
