Ryan Edwards and his wife Mackenzie Edwards are heading in the direction of divorce! The Teen Mom star and his wifey Mackenzie have officially pulled the plug on their romance after 6 years of marriage.

Ryan Edwards’ wife Mackenzie has filed for divorce
Yeah, you read that right. Ryan and his wife Mackenzie have decided to go their separate ways. It has been reported by the media outlet Us Weekly, that Mackenzie officially filed for divorce from Ryan on Monday.
Along with the filing for divorce, the 27-year-old was also granted a restraining order. Not only this, but Mackenzie also got temporary custody of their two children, son Jagger, 4, and daughter Stella, 3.
The news of Ryan and Mackenzie’s divorce comes just a couple of days after the Tennessee police issued two warrants for Ryan’s arrest. First one for stalking his wife and the other for violating her protective order.

Earlier this month, Edwards was arrested by the cops for harassing his wife Mackenzie after he posted X-rated images of her on social media and stated that she cheated on him.
In a now-deleted Instagram post, Ryan shared, “If you guys have never seen a spineless slut this is one. They take your money sleep with anything that looks at them. But they must have a wife to [sic]. God what a joke. It’s sad really.”
Soon after, Mackenzie went to the police authorities and spilled the beans on a few recent alleged domestic violence incidents that happened between the two of them. She told the cops about an alleged fight from early January.
The mom of two said, “Arguing, Ryan punched holes in the walls and doors. [He] held me up by my neck to the wall. Threw me down in hallway and said if he could not have me no one could. Opened pocket knife, put to my back like he was going to kill me. This was in front of children. I tried to leave, he smashed my phone, took my car keys.”
Mackenzie claimed that Ryan threw menthol nicotine in her eyes and threatened to punch her in the face in a separate incident. Ryan is also a father to a 14-year-old son named Bentley, whom he welcomed with 16 & Pregnant star Maci Bookout.
In the last few years, the former reality TV star has been in and out of trouble. In March 2018, he was arrested for violating his probation on a heroin-related charge. At that time, Maci also got a restraining order against him. During the same year, he was arrested for possession of heroin and stayed in prison for a few months.
