The news of Rihanna’s pregnancy comes a couple of moments after the Work singer sparked pregnancy rumors during her career-spanning Super Bowl LVII halftime show while looking stunning in a formfitting red jumpsuit.
During the Super Bowl Halftime Show, Rihanna sang many of her hit tracks like We Found Love, Work, Where Have You Been, and Diamonds at the State Farm Arena in Glendale, Arizona, where the Philadelphia Eagles played against the Kansas City Chiefs.

This will be Rihanna’s second child with her rapper beau A$AP Rocky. The pair who started dating in late 2020 already share an 8-month-old son. They are yet to reveal the name of their son. Recently, her dad, Ronald Fenty shared, “She’s a very overprotective mother.”

The Grammy winner said, “I was like, ‘You sure? I’m three months postpartum. Should I be making major decisions like this right now? I might regret this.’ When you become a mom, there’s something that just happens where you feel like you could take on the world — you can do anything.”
RiRi went on to say, “And the Super Bowl is one of the biggest stages in the world, so as scary as that was … there’s something exhilarating about the challenge of it all. It’s important for my son to see that.”
In the same interview, the Diamonds hitmaker stated that putting her 18-year catalog into a 13-minute set was tough. She said, “The setlist was the biggest challenge. That was the hardest part — deciding how to maximize 13 minutes, but also celebrate. That’s what the show’s going to be — it’s going to be a celebration of my catalog in the best way. I think we did a pretty good job at narrowing it down.”
