Reborn Rich Plot
The drama series focuses on a power struggle within a rich family to be the leader of the Sunyang Group business empire. But it has a major fantasy twist of being reborn to get revenge.
The official Viki synopsis suggests: “Yoon Hyun Woo is a devoted, hard-working, and loyal secretary to the Jin family, which runs the lucrative Soonyang Group business empire. What Happened in Episode 15?
In episode 15, our hero, Do Joon, finally becomes the major shareholder of the Sunyang Group on his grandfather’s death anniversary.
Despite having the majority of shares, Do Joon was not able to dictate the company on his own. Because the management was still backing Yang Cheol’s elder son Jin Young Ki.
On the other hand, the new Law Minister launches raids on the slash of the major companies. They end up finding that Do Joon has done business using slash funds in the past while selling Sunyang Card Company to his uncle, Jin Dong Ki.
Do Joon was arrested as a suspect without a warrant, as he may disrupt the evidence. He meets Min Young for the first time after their breakup. While investigating him, Min Young was certain that her ex-boyfriend was framed.
After further investigation, Jin Dong Ki ends up in the prosecutor’s office. After getting no help from his brother, Dong Ki agrees to become a whistle-blower. He gave all the information to the prosecution about all his elder brother’s illegal funds and businesses.
After some time, Do Joon got released from the prosecutor’s office. Before leaving he promised Min Young to reunite with her romantically and also promised to marry her. It was later found out that Do Joon framed the whole plan by turning himself into the prosecution.

As all the illegal activities got released, the Sunyang Board meeting came in chaos. They forced the presidency on Jin Sung Joon so he can face all the legal consequences. But Sung Joon decided to betray his father and put the all blame on his father under his wife, Hyun Min’s influences.
Suddenly, Do Joon decides to spend 700 million, and the board decides to make him the president of the Sunyang Group. It was the moment when Do Joon’s dream came true. But at the end of the episode, someone tries to kill Do Joon by crushing his car with a truck. However, the person who came out of the truck is none other than Do Joon’s older self from his previous life, Yoon Hyun Woo.

As for now, there is no official announcement for season 2. But the show is a live action adaptation of a manhwa under the same title. The manhwa is still ongoing. But the drama does not completely follow the story of its original source. As it looks like the series will end its one season.
