The Wasatch County Sheriff’s Office stated that Ken was riding a snowmobile at around 2 PM on a steep slope and at that time, his vehicle suddenly flipped over and landed on top of him.
The officials went on to say that Block was pronounced dead on the scene of the snowmobile accident. It seems like the rally car driver incurred some severe injuries during the accident.
The sheriff’s office issued a statement, that read, “Mr. Block was riding with a group but was alone when the accident occurred. We are saddened to hear of the loss of Kenneth and our hearts are with his family and friends so deeply affected.”
As of this moment, more details about the snowmobile accident of the action sports star Ken Block have not been disclosed. Ken’s team also put a statement following the tragedy that read, “It’s with our deepest regrets that we can confirm that Ken Block passed away in a snowmobile accident today.”
