On The Hollywood Walk Of Fame, Michael B. Jordan Got A Star
A star has been awarded to Michael B. Jordan on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for his role as the Black Panther. Actor and filmmaker Jordan received the 2,751st star award from the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce on March 1.
Several of Jordan’s co-stars from Creed III, Jonathan Majors, and Ryan Coogler, attended the ceremony, including the actor’s director Ryan Coogler, who directed the actor in Fruitvale Station, Creed, Black Panther, and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. In his speech at the ceremony, Majors paid a heartfelt tribute to Jordan. “Creed I” inspired him to get an Equinox membership. He calls Jordan “Michael B. Handsome” and says he saw him on CREED I.
Several images and videos have surfaced online from the ceremony. In one of the videos, Jordan is seen spinning around on the Hollywood Walk of Fame star he was just awarded.
“To think this star didn’t grow up with dreams of being an actor! But, luckily for us, he changed his mind, and now he will be honored with an iconic star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame,” Ana Martinez, the producer of the Hollywood Walk of Fame, revealed.
March 3 Will Mark The Release Of Creed III
In November 2022, it was initially scheduled for Creed III to be released. Still, it has now been announced that it will be released on March 3, 2023. Instead, it is now being reported to be released on November 3, 2022. So, in the same way, the preceding two movies premiered in theatres, Creed III is also scheduled to hit theatres.
The most likely candidate for Creed III’s streaming release is Prime Video, given that Prime Video recently purchased Rocky franchise owner MGM for a multi-billion dollar sum. So that will be the most likely candidate for Creed III’s streaming release.
Brief Overview Of Michael B. Jordan’s Career So Far
As a child model, Jordan worked for companies such as Modell’s sporting goods and Toys “R” Us before appearing on shows such as Cosby and The Sopranos. With the film Hardball, the actor debuted alongside Keanu Reeves, who played the lead role in the project.
During his time on All My Children, Jordan replaced Chadwick Boseman in the role of Reggie Montgomery, a position that had been portrayed for decades by Chadwick Boseman. Sylvester Stallone plays the titular boxer who reluctantly becomes Donnie’s trainer after being dragged into the Rocky franchise as the film’s protagonist.
Dolph Lundgren reprises his role as Ivan Drago in Creed II, the follow-up to Rocky IV, where he played the killer of Apollo Creed, during a boxing match where he trained his son Viktor against Donnie in Moscow, a role he played in Rocky IV as well. The show also features Donnie and Bianca welcoming their daughter Amara and Rocky reuniting with his estranged son Robert Jr. in addition to boxing.
The event was a testament to Jordan’s incredible talent and hard work throughout his career and a reminder of how far he has come since his breakout role in Fruitvale Station in 2013. What are your feelings about Jordan being awarded the star? Let us know what you think by leaving a comment below.
