Allison Holker Boss Received Half of Her Late Husband Stephen ‘T Witch’ Boss’s Business and Future Earnings

April 30, 2023 by Nick Esh

Abby Holker Before a judge could formally award her half of Stephen “tWitch” Boss’ earnings, Boss had to file documents in California proving she was his husband.

Abby Holker After the adored dancer passed away without leaving a will, Boss has been given half of her late husband Stephen “tWitch” Boss’s artistic earnings.

According to court records acquired by PEOPLE on Friday, Allison’s request for the Spousal Property Petition she filed earlier this year received official approval from a judge from the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County.

The living spouse must still file the petition to establish their legal status as the spouse of the deceased, even though California law states that a surviving spouse is entitled to their spouse’s half of their joint inheritance when they pass away.

The new paperwork acknowledged Allison as Stephen’s surviving spouse, gave her “property passing” rights, and certified her name. However, they also said that “no administration of it is necessary.”

According to the documents, Stephen passed away intestate, which means he didn’t leave a will, and it was determined that his wife, 35, now owns half of the interest income from his Goldman Sachs Investment account as well as royalties from Cast and Crew Production Services, Disney Worldwide Services, Inc., GEP Talent Services, and SAG/AFTRA.

According to the paperwork, Allison also acquires half of Stephen’s interest in 100% of all shares of Stephen Boss Productions, Inc.
